Controller
Pika Industry is a personal project operated in France under the public name Pikachu Decimus. Contact Support@pikachu-decimus.fr for personal data questions.
Data used
The service processes Discord user, server, channel and role identifiers, module settings and events needed by enabled features. Support tickets may retain messages, attachments, notes and transcripts. Moderation features record sanctions and their context. Private game server access is restricted to configured roles; associated secrets are encrypted by the service.
Purposes
Data is used to authenticate users, check permissions, apply settings, provide requested features and prevent abuse. Service provision relies on performance of the terms; security and abuse prevention rely on the controller’s legitimate interests. Optional processing depends on modules enabled by server administrators.
Access and external services
Access is limited by the server’s configured roles and permissions. Exchanges with Discord and esports or game news providers are limited to the relevant functions. The Twitch player only loads when opened. External services also apply their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Sessions expire after no more than seven days. Expiry does not delete server settings. Tickets and archives are retained as requested by the server until an authorised administrator deletes them. Technical logs follow the operator’s rotation settings. You can request deletion using the contact above; legal obligations and protection of rights may justify certain retention.
Cookies and preferences
Session cookies are necessary for sign-in. Your browser may store a reduced-motion preference. This interface does not implement advertising tracking. External services you choose to open, including Twitch, apply their own policies.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, applicable portability or object to processing. Contact Support@pikachu-decimus.fr and identify the server concerned without sharing passwords or tokens. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, CNIL.
